Can I track my order?

What is the Anxiety Relieving Pet Bed made of?

Our Anxiety Relieving Pet Bed is crafted with antibacterial faux fur, sustainable cotton, and durable nylon. These materials ensure a comfortable and hygienic place for your beloved Fluffy Friend to sleep soundly.

How can I wash the bed?

Our washing recommendations will be sent along with the bed. Here's a quick preview: Our bed is entirely suitable for machine washing. Simply place it in the machine at 30°C (86°F), hang it to dry, and your bed will be as good as new. Alternatively, you can choose to hand wash the bed by rinsing it under water with soap.

How does the bed reach its full size?

Our beds are carefully vacuum-packed. We advise shaking the bed and allowing it to sit undisturbed for at least 24 hour before allowing your beloved Fluffy Friend to use it.

Which bed size fits best for my dog?

Kindly check out our size chart here. In case of doubt, we recommend going one size up.

My product is damaged. What can I do?

Kindly contact our customer service by clicking here. Please provide a picture of the faulty product. Our team will contact the manufacturer for you and request a replacement of the product.
